Jean Marc Harion

Chief Executive Officer

Jean Marc Harion has been the president of the Management Board of P4 Sp. z o.o. (Play) since July 2018 and CEO of UPC Polska since April 2022. Prior joining the Group Play, Jean Marc Harion had over 25 years of experience within the telecommunications sector, most recently serving as CEO of Orange Egypt and Mobistar, both listed companies, and previously as CEO of Orange Dominicana and Orange VP Business Development Americas in New York. Prior to joining Orange Group, Jean Marc Harion established his own company, Computer Channel, which he developed over a 10 year period before it was sold to Wanadoo (France Telecom Group). Mr. Harion holds a master’s degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a master and post-graduate degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Beata Zborowska

Chief Financial Officer

Beata Zborowska is a member of the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Play") since April 2021. She also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. She has been has been involved in finance and back-office processes for 23 years. Before joining Play, she gained her professional experience in the ERGO Group: ERGO TECHNOLOGY & SERVICES MANAGEMENT S.A. (legal successor of ERGO DIGITAL IT) as Global Finance Service Management Director, and prior to that as Finance, Procurement & HR Director in ERGO DIGITAL IT, in ENERGIA DLA FIRM Group as Vice President of the Management Board / CFO and as Member of the Supervisory Boards in several related entities, in VIRGIN MOBILE POLSKA as CFO / Vice President of the Management Board, in EXATEL Group (as a part of PGE Group) as CFO / Vice President of the Management Board, and prior to that as Financial Director, Director of the Controlling Office and Director of the Finance and Administration Department in Exatel's subsidiary - ENERGOTEL S. A., in POLKOMTEL S.A. as Director of the Planning, Controlling and Analysis Office, and earlier in the Sales Division as Head of the Offering and Business Analysis Department, Head of the Operations Department, Head of the Planning Team and in UNILEVER POLSKA S.A. holding various expert and managerial positions in the finance area, e.g. Head of the Financial Information Team. She graduated from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), holds a Master's degree in Business Economics (1998). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), holds the title of Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Ewa Zmysłowska

Chief People Officer

Ewa Zmysłowska has been a member of the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Play”) since January 2024. At the same time, she holds the position of the Director of HR Division (Chief People Officer). Within P4 Group, she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of 3S DC SA and a member of the Management Board of the Wolność Wyboru Foundation, a partner of the Campus42 coding school. Ewa Zmysłowska has been involved in the HR field for over 20 years. Before joining PLAY, she held the position of Human Capital Director at PwC, and gained experience as a Recruitment Lead at Microsoft in Poland and Central Europe and in boutique consulting firms specializing in the field of human resources. She joined Play in 2018. During this time, in addition to her responsibility for the People area, she actively participated in strategic projects that had a significant impact on the development of the Play Group, including the integration process and formation of a single organization after the formal merger of PLAY-UPC. She is a graduate of European studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she completed the European Studies Program, implemented as a part of cooperation between SGH and Sciences-Po in Paris. She is a certified ICC Coach.

Mikkel Noesgaard

Mikkel Noesgaard

Chief Marketing Officer

Mikkel Noesgaard has been a member of the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. („Play”) since November 2019. He is Play’s Chief Marketing Officer. Mikkel Noesgaard has over 15 years of international experience leading sales, marketing and business development within the technology and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining Play, he spent 8 years in Telenor Group, as CEO of CBB Mobile in Denmark, and as CMO in Telenor Serbia and Montenegro, where he was part of creating a successful entry into the financial sector with Telenor Banka, a digital consumer bank. Most recently he was co-owning a reward winning Danish fintech company, Cardlay, developing software solutions for the financial sector. Mikkel holds a master’s degree in business economics and computer science from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Michał Ziółkowski

Chief Technology Officer

Michał Ziółkowski became new Chief Technology Officer and member of the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. („Play”) on 1 November 2018. Ziółkowski has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry. He started his professional career at Play with the P4 project, which he implemented for Play’s co-owner at the that time, i.e. Netia. As part of the project he was responsible for rolling out a transmission network for mobile telephony base stations. He joined Play in 2009, taking up the position of the head of the department where he was responsible for rolling out a transmission network and inter-operator cooperation. The migration of the transmission network to the ALL IP standard implemented by him three years later was the first such an undertaking on the Polish telecoms market. He gained experience in many strategic projects carried out by the company, including spectrum tender procedures or due diligence of telco companies in M&A processes. In 2017 he was appointed to the position of the head of the Investment and Network Rollout Department, where he was responsible for designing and implementing mobile network rollout, the biggest project in the company’s history and one of the most dynamic and demanding processes in Poland. Michał Ziółkowski graduated from Poznań University of Technology, specialising in electronics and telecommunications. He also completed the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
