6/2023 Merger P4 Sp. z o.o. with UPC Polska Sp. z o.o..

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad Group (herein being Iliad SA and its subsidiaries), hereby informs that as of August 31, 2023, pursuant to the decision of the District Court for the City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Warsaw, the merger of UPC Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw („UPC Polska”) and the Issuer, as the acquiring entity, has occurred.

The merger was carried out in accordance with Article 492 § 1 point 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, by transferring of all the assets of UPC Polska to the Issuer, as a result of which Play has assumed all of the rights and obligations of UPC Polska.
