3/2023 Sale of 50% of shares in Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad Group (herein being Iliad SA and its subsidiaries), in connection with 5/2022 ESPI report, hereby informs that on March 31, 2023, the Issuer, in the performance of the agreement dated June 19, 2022, concluded the the sale of 50% of shares in Issuer’s subsidiary, Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o. to Plug Finco S.à r.l., belonging to InfraVia Capital Partners.
