14/2021 Signing of new Facility Agreement in the amount of PLN 464,4 million with Banco Santander SA, supported by insurance of Korea Trade Insurance Corporation.

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad group, hereby informs that on December 22, 2021, the Issuer has signed with Banco Santander SA, as the lender and the facility agent, the new credit facility agreement amounting to PLN 464,4 million (“Facility Agreement”, “ECA Loan”).

The funds from the Facility Agreement will be utilized by Play to partially finance purchases of equipment from Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o. in the years 2021 and 2022.

Utilization of the loan requires fulfilment of the conditions precedent. The ECA Loan will be repaid in 8 equal semi-annual tranches, starting after the end of one year availability period, while the final repayment date was set for December 22, 2026. The interest rate of the ECA Loan is floating and based on WIBOR rate plus a margin. The insurance policy issued by Korea Trade Insurance Corporation constitutes integral part of the Facility Agreement.
