The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad group, hereby informs that on October 15, 2021, the Issuer signed with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego SA (“Bank BGK”) the new Investment Agreement amounting to PLN 500 million (“Agreement”, “Loan”).
Upon fulfilment of conditions precedent foreseen in the Agreement, Bank BGK will grant Play a loan, from the funds of the Operational Program Digital Poland 2014-2020, to finance investments related to the construction, expansion or reconstruction of the Issuer's telecommunications infrastructure network in Poland, aiming to provide access to broadband Internet, including projects related to the development of 5th generation mobile technology. The availability period of the Loan ends on June 30, 2023, the Issuer will be able to make multiple drawdowns, and the Loan will be amortizing in equal quarterly installments until final repayment on September 20, 2028. The interest rate of the Loan is fixed.
