EBI 9/2021 Appointment of Management Board Member

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Issuer" or “P4”), in connection with the current report no 8/2021 published as of March 24, 2021, hereby reports that the Issuer's Shareholders' Meeting appointed Beata Zborowska as Chief Financial Officer and the Management Board Member of P4, with an effective date as of April 19, 2021.
