5/2021 Full repayment and cancellation of Senior Facilities Agreement dated March 7, 2017.

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”), the company belonging to French iliad group, hereby informs that on March 30, 2021, the Issuer has fully repaid and cancelled all commitments under the Senior Facilities Agreement dates March 7, 2021 (as amended), and Additional Facility Agreement dated April 14, 2020 (“Repayment of Senior Facilities”).

Repayment of Senior Facilities was made from partial utilization of funds of PLN 5.5 billion Term and Revolving Facilities Agreement dated March 26, 2021 (ESPI report no. 4/2021). In result of Repayment of Senior Facilities, the security granted by the Issuer, including pledge over the assets of the Issuer, will be released.
