The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Issuer" or “P4”) hereby reports that Wojciech Danieluk, CITO and Management Board Member of P4, and Michal Wawrzynowicz, CCO and Management Board Member of P4, have submitted their resignations on 24th March with an effective date as of March, 31st, 2021.

At the same time, on March 24th, 2021, The Issuer's Shareholders' Meeting appointed Beata Zborowska as Chief Financial Officer and the Management Board Member of P4, with an effective date as of 1st July , 2021.

Beata Zborowska has been involved in finance and back-office processes for 23 years.

She graduated from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics (1998). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), holds the title of Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

She has gained her professional experience in the following companies:

  • ERGO TECHNOLOGY & SERVICES MANAGEMENT S.A. (legal successor of ERGO DIGITAL IT) as Global Finance Service Management Director, and earlier as Finance, Procurement & HR Director at ERGO Digital IT (from 05/2019 – until now)
  • ENERGIA DLA FIRM Group as Vice-President of the Management Board / CFO, Member of the Management Board of Investment & Management Partners SA (IMP) and as Member of the Supervisory Boards in several affiliated entities
  • VIRGIN MOBILE POLSKA - CFO / Vice-President of the Management Board
  • EXATEL Group (as part of the PGE Group) as CFO / Vice-President of the Management Board, and earlier as Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Controlling Office and Head of the Finance and Administration Department in Exatel's subsidiary ENERGOTEL S.A.
  • POLKOMTEL S.A. as Director of the Planning, Control and Analysis Office, and earlier in the Sales Division as Head of the Tendering and Business Analysis Department, Head of the Operations Department, Head of the Planning Team
  • UNILEVER POLSKA SA: various expert and managerial positions in the area of finance, e.g. Head of the Financial Information Team, Head of the General Ledger Team

Beata Zborowska does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil law partnership or other partnership or as a member of any corporate entity body, and does not participate in any other competing legal entity as a member of its body. The appointed person is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register. Beata Zborowska did not hold any positions in supervisory or management bodies of companies which would be declared bankrupt or be liquidated during her term of office.

Furthermore, effective from April 1st , 2021, the President of the Management Board of the Issuer appointed a new Executive Committee, which will be composed of members of the P4 Management Board and selected directors of the Issuer.
