The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Issuer") hereby reports that on 18 March 2021 it received Resolution of the Sole Shareholder of Issuer related to appointment of Deloitte Audyt spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. with its seat in Warsaw with respect to auditing of statutory standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial years ending 31 December 2021, 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2023.
