15/2020 Series B PLN Bonds registration in National Securities Depository

reference to the current report No. 13/2020 dated December 18, 2020 the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”) informs on the issuance of the 500,000 series B bonds, with the nominal value of PLN 1,000 each and the aggregate nominal value of PLN 500,000,000 (the “Bonds”) which were registered in the depository operated by the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on December 30, 2020.

Issuer will apply for introduction of the Bonds to trading in the Alternative Trading System operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.).
