3/2020 Schedule of P4 sp. z o.o. results announcements in calendar year 2020

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (the “Company”) hereby announces publication dates of periodic reports in the year 2020.

1. Annual report of the Company and consolidated annual report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the full year 2019 – 10 March 2020;
2. Consolidated quarterly reports of Play Communications S.A. and its subsidiaries:

• quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 – 12 May 2020;
• quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 – 4 November 2020;

3. Consolidated semi-annual report of Play Communications S.A. and its subsidiaries for the first half of the year 2020 – 10 August 2020.

Annual report of Play Communications S.A. and its subsidiaries was published on 26 February 2020.
