P4 Sp. z o.o. and T-Mobile S.A. signed on December 11th an annex to the national roaming agreement of September 20th, 2012.

P4 Sp. z o.o. (“Play”) and T-Mobile S.A. (“T-Mobile”) signed on December 11th an annex to the national roaming agreement of September 20th, 2012, based on which Play customers can use the coverage of the T-Mobile network. It changes the terms of cooperation in 2019-2021.

The annex introduces new, more flexible terms of cooperation until the final completion of the National Roaming agreement as of December 31, 2021. Play is gaining a reduction in annual national roaming costs within the currently binding minimum financial commitment and T-Mobile extending the time of receiving revenues from national roaming by the end of 2021. At the same time, thanks to the development of new rules for determining roaming volumes, T-Mobile guarantees more network capacity for its customers.

Due to the dynamically growing coverage of the Play network, the provisions of the annex will not affect the quality of services provided to customers who are roaming nationwide.
