PLAY FINANCE 1 S.A. announces that the full amount of net proceeds of €270,000,000 6½% Senior Notes due 2019 (the “Senior Notes”) deposited on the issue date for the Senior Notes into an escrow account was released on July 8, 2014, in connection with the M&A Transaction as described in the Luxembourg listing particulars dated February 25, 2014, relating to the Senior Notes.
