1/2026 Signing of new Facility Agreement in the amount of PLN 450 million with Bank Handlowy S.A., supported by a guarantee issued by the Swedish Credit Export Agency („EKN”).

The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad group, hereby informs that on January 13, 2026, the Issuer has signed with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. as the lender, Citibank Europe PLC, UK Branch, as the facility agent and Citibank NA, London Branch, as the arranger, the new credit facility documentation amounting to PLN 450 million (“Facility Documentation”, “ECA Loan”).

The funds from the Facility Agreement will be utilized by Play to partially finance purchases of telecommunication equipment and services from Ericsson Sp. z o.o. in the years 2025-2027.

Utilization of the loan requires fulfilment of the conditions precedent. The ECA Loan will be available over 2 year period and will be amortizing over the period of 12 years. The final repayment date was set for March 2039. The interest rate of the ECA Loan is floating and based on WIBOR rate plus a margin. The guarantee policy issued by EKN constitutes integral part of the Facility Documentation.
