The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Issuer”, “Play”), the company belonging to French Iliad Group (herein being Iliad SA and its subsidiaries), hereby publishes the following information:
Total amount of pre-audited standalone financial indebtedness of the Issuer, excluding leases, as of December 31, 2024, was at the level of PLN 10 945,1 million, with no overdue financial liabilities.
Total amount of pre-audited consolidated financial indebtedness of the Issuer and it’s subsidiaries, excluding leases, as of December 31, 2024, was at the level of PLN 10 945,4 million, with no overdue financial liabilities.
