The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. ("Issuer" or “P4” or “Play”) hereby reports that Jean Marc Harion, in consultation with the Management Board and the shareholder of the Issuer, will hold the position of the Member of the Management Board and the CEO of P4 Sp. z o.o. until November 9th, 2024. After stepping down from the position on the Issuer's management board, Jean Marc Harion will remain one of the top executives within Iliad Group.
At the same time, on October 7th, 2024, the Issuer's Shareholders' Meeting appointed Kenneth Campbell to the Management Board as Chief Executive Officer of Play with an effective date of November 10th, 2024.
Kenneth Campbell is a MBA graduate from London Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics of Carleton University of Ottawa.
Kenneth Campbell has over 25 years of experience in telecommunication sector. He has gained his professional experience, among others, in the following companies:
PMP Strategy – As a Partner of PMP Strategy. PMP Strategy is an international consulting firm offering various consulting services for companies operating in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
Mobile Klinik – As Founder and Non Executive Director of Canada’s leading smartphone repair company offering professional diagnostic, repair and refurbishing of mobile devices.
Inwi Morocco – As Managing Director of one of the biggest telecommunication operators in Morocco, being responsible for commercial, network and customer operations activities.
Ooredoo Tunisia – As Chief Executive Officer of the leading Tunisian operator.
Wind Mobile, Canada – As Chief Executive Officer being responsible for development of the company from the start.
BITE Lietuva – As Chief Executive Officer of telecommunication operator responsible for operational and financial results in Lithuania and Latvia.
Vodafone Romania – Ad Chief Marketing Officer developing and executing marketing, branding and communication plans.
Orange Egypt (Mobinil) – As Marketing Director responsible for development and execution of corporate and commercial strategy.
A.T. Kearney, Washington, USA – As Manager in the telecommunications practice.
Kenneth Campbell is not a partner and does not hold shares in a competing company or a civil law partnership or other partnership or as a member of any corporate entity body and does not participate in any other competing legal entity as a member of its body. Kenneth Campbell is not recorded at the Register of Insolvent Debtors run pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and has never been convicted of any offences referred to in Article 18, paragraph 2 of the Commercial Companies Code or securities trading offences or similar offences in other legal jurisdictions. Kenneth Campbell did not hold any positions in supervisory or management bodies of companies which have been declared bankrupt or been liquidated during his term of office.
