The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (the “Company”), hereby informs that on 18 March 2020 the Company has entered into a Mandate Letter with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., DNB Bank ASA, DNB Polska S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Santander Bank Polska S.A. concerning arrangement and underwriting of a three-year Additional Facility of up to PLN 1.2 billion (the “Facility”) under the Senior Facilities Agreement dated 7 March 2017 (as amended on 14 June 2017 and 8 January 2019) .
Upon establishment of the Facility, funds shall be used for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditure and repayment or prepayment of existing debt. The cost of this Facility will lower the average interest rate of the Company’s debt.
